		dots is a performing arts group based in Kyoto.
		
		
		The group was founded in 2001 by students of Department of Visual and  Performing Arts, Kyoto University of Art and Design. "dots" has been acting as a performing arts group with keyword "Space", "Moving Image", "Body" . Since 2005, The group is consisted of Gen Kori, director of "dots", and other artist For each project, the members are selected from various genres such as music, video, computer programming, lighting design etc...
		
		
		The works of "dots" are mixed media performance including body, visuals, texts, theatrical designs, sounds and lightings. They use these media on an equitable basis and create performances in a multilayered way and investigate the principle of "Existence of human".
		
		
		Their performance is very experimental and at the cutting edge of contemporary arts. It is criticized that expanding the possibility of the performing arts.
